I have been taking this creatine supplement for a few weeks now and haven't noticed one bit of difference.... The old Pinnacle brand which used to have an orange logo worked much better in the pill form. Which I guess this company doesn't offer. And when I asked if they did offer it the person emailing me was super rude about it. Not the Pinnacle I remember. I won't be buying this product again. 👎🏻
