IS YOUR LIFE MISSING SOMETHING?
Maybe you're lacking that energy you need, maybe your brain power is gone, maybe your confidence and drive isn’t there anymore from lower testosterone levels. Perhaps you miss events or get togethers because you’re sick more times than you’d like, or your stress levels are too high. What if there was a simple solution to all of this? What if you could just open a container, wash down a couple pills with some water everyday, and you wouldn’t have to deal with all of that anymore? Maybe all that’s missing is your body’s required nutrients.
WHY DID WE CREATE THIS SUPPLEMENT?
* Your body's basic nutrients are the foundation for health, wellness, and performance.
* Just like you can't build a house without a solid foundation, you can't build up your health, wellness, or performance without a solid foundation.
* We designed this product to be an insurance policy that all your nutrient needs are being met.
* And unlike other insurance policies, this one is very inexpensive. You can have your foundation for health, wellness, and performance set for a small investment of ONLY $1/day. (Just think about everything that costs you way more than $1/day)
WHY YOU NEED THIS PRODUCT
* Research published throughout the last 10 years, and most recently in 2020, demonstrates that a majority of Americans consistently have multiple vitamin and mineral inadequacies. (1) More than 90% of the population have inadequacies in several nutrients. (2) Why?
1. Most people's diets are full of processed foods that have a very low nutritional status.
2. Soil quality has diminished over time. This means the plants we eat, and the animals we eat that also consume these plants, have fewer nutrients in them.
* Even if you think you eat a solid diet, it is undeniable that just about everyone has at least a couple nutrient gaps. This makes a well-formulated multivitamin a critical supplement to anyone's diet.
WHAT MAKES THIS THE PINNACLE MULTI?
* Unlike other multivitamins that leave out certain vitamins and minerals, leaving you still susceptible to inadequacies, we include ALL of the essential vitamins and trace minerals you may be missing in your diet.
* While other multivitamins put their nutrients at random dosages, we dose everything at the 100% Recommended Dietary Allowance (RDA) / Adequate Intake (AI) for adult men [not the 100% Daily Value (DV)]. Why this dosage?
1. The %DV you see on labels is the same for everyone ages 4+. Whereas the RDA and AI is based on someone's age and sex. This means the 100% RDA/AI is the accurate dosage for nutritional adequacy in adult men, not the 100% DV.
2. If we used dosages lower than the 100% RDA/AI, then you could still be susceptible to nutritional inadequacies.
3. If we used dosages higher than the 100% RDA/AI, then it's possible you could have toxicities. This is because certain nutrients have Upper Limits as well. More does NOT always mean better.
* We made it a complete, all-in-one nutrient supplement by adding extra ingredients to support the most common men's health concerns at clinical dosages.

CARDIOVASCULAR SYSTEM
Shilajit [500 mg (250 mg Fulvic Acid)] - A substance that develops from the slow decomposition of plants. It has 40+ naturally occurring minerals, but the main component is the antioxidant Fulvic Acid. We even included extra Fulvic Acid.
- 132 mg Fulvic Acid decreased serum triglycerides and serum cholesterol, while improving HDL “good” cholesterol (8)
Boron (3.25 mg) - A trace mineral currently considered non-essential, but it has a lot of research to argue it should be essential.
- 3 mg (which came from 112 mg calcium fructoborate) decreases LDL “bad” cholesterol, triglycerides, and total cholesterol, while improving HDL “good” cholesterol (11)
BRAIN HEALTH
Lithium (1 mg) - A trace mineral that might have benefits on brain function and mood with its antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and powerful neuroprotective effects.
- RDA is recommended at 1 mg because low lithium intakes are associated with increased rates of suicides, homicides, and arrests (12)
- RDA should be 1-20 mg because of its ability to up-regulate neurotrophins such as brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) and nerve-growth factor (NGF). (13)
Boron (3.25 mg) - A trace mineral currently considered non-essential, but it has a lot of research to argue it should be essential.

- 10 mg improves brittle nails (15)
Choline (550 mg) - An essential nutrient, but it is not considered a vitamin or mineral. We have included 550 mg because that is the 100% AI for adult men.
- 200 mg with 10 mg Silicon decreased skin roughness and improved brittleness of hair and nails (16)
ABSORPTION & BIOAVAILABILITY ENHANCERS
Bioperine® (10 mg) - A black pepper extract that is 95% piperine. Piperine is an alkaloid that enhances the absorption of nutrients by inhibiting glucuronide. Glucuronide normally causes substances to be excreted instead of being absorbed. By inhibiting glucuronide, more nutrients (like vitamins) are absorbed. We even included a little extra to be confident all the different vitamins are being maximally absorbed.
- 5 mg increased serum levels of Beta Carotene (Vitamin A) more so than just Beta Carotene alone (17)
Chelated Minerals - The minerals on our label have specific words next to them like “as Amino Acid Chelate” or “as Glycinate”. This signifies our minerals are chelated, which is a BIG deal. A chelated mineral is bound to an amino acid and is in a form the body can easily absorb and use, unlike regular forms that minerals come in.
- Zinc bioavailability was enhanced by 43% in a chelated glycinate form instead of the regular gluconate form (18)
ESSENTIAL VITAMINS IN FORMULA
Vitamin A (900 mcg as Beta Carotene) - RDA for men ages 19+ is 900 mcg (19)
- Vitamin A is involved in immune function, vision, reproduction, and cellular communication. It also plays a critical role in the normal formation and maintenance of the heart, kidneys and other organs.
Vitamin B1 or Thiamin (1.2 mg) - RDA for men ages 19+ is 1.2 mg (20)
- Vitamin B1 plays a critical role in the process of turning food into energy. It's also involved in the growth, development, and function of your body’s cells.
Vitamin B2 or Riboflavin (1.3 mg) - RDA for men ages 19+ is 1.3 mg (21)
- Riboflavin is an essential component of two major coenzymes in your body and keeps your homocysteine levels in check. It also plays a role in the process of turning your food into energy.
Vitamin B3 or Niacin (16 mg) - RDA for men ages 19+ is 16 mg (22)
- Niacin is converted into the coenzyme nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD), which is needed by over 400 enzymes in your body. NAD can turn macronutrients into your cell’s energy source, adenosine triphosphate (ATP), and it maintains your genome integrity.
Vitamin B5 or Pantothenic Acid (5 mg) - AI for men ages 19+ is 5 mg (23)
- Vitamin B5 is necessary for making blood cells, and it can be synthesized into coenzyme A (CoA), which is necessary for fatty acid synthesis.
Vitamin B6 (1.3 mg) - RDA for men ages 19-50 is 1.3 mg (24)
- Vitamin B6 is involved in over 100 different enzyme reactions. It's also involved in brain development, immune function, hemoglobin production, and the biosynthesis of neurotransmitters.
Vitamin B7 or Biotin (30 mcg) - AI for men ages 19+ is 30 mcg (25)
- Biotin plays a role in the process of turning your food into energy, gene regulation, and cell signaling. It also keeps your hair, skin, and nails healthy.
Vitamin B9 or Folate (400 mcg) - RDA for men ages 19+ is 400 mcg (26)
- Folate is necessary for your body to make DNA, genetic material, and for your cells to divide properly.
- Many supplements use folic acid, which the body then converts into the active form 5-Methyltetrahydrofolate (5-MTHF), but some people have difficulties making this conversion. We use 5-MTHF in our product because it's already in the active form, and it improves folate status better than folic acid. (27)
Vitamin B12 (2.4 mcg) - RDA for men ages 19+ is 2.4 mcg (28)
- Vitamin B12 is required to make red blood cells. It's also involved in neurological function and DNA synthesis.
Vitamin C (90 mg) - RDA for men ages 19+ is 90 mg (29)
- Vitamin C acts as an antioxidant by protecting cells from damage caused by free radicals. It's involved in immune function, protein metabolism, and wound healing, plus it's required for the biosynthesis of collagen, carnitine, and some neurotransmitters.
Vitamin D (15 mcg or 600 IU) - RDA for men ages 19-70 is 15 mcg (30)
- Vitamin D is a critical part of the immune, nervous, and muscular systems. It helps the body absorb calcium, maintain calcium stores, and its combination with calcium helps maintain strong bones. It's also involved in glucose metabolism, reducing inflammation, and cell growth.
Vitamin E (15 mg) - RDA for men ages 19+ is 15 mg (31)
- Vitamin E acts as an antioxidant by protecting cells from being damaged by free radicals, and stops the production of ROS when fat undergoes oxidation. It plays a role in the immune system, cell signaling, gene expression, and the widening and closing of blood vessels.
Vitamin K (120 mcg) - AI for men ages 19+ is 120 mcg (32)
- PEOPLE ON BLOOD THINNING MEDICATION SHOULD NOT TAKE THIS PRODUCT WITHOUT SPEAKING TO THEIR DOCTOR FIRST!
- Vitamin K's most important role in the body is that it's needed for blood clotting. It also helps maintain healthy bones. Vitamin K comes in different forms; there is phylloquinone (vitamin K1) and menaquinones (vitamin K2).
- We use the menaquinone MK-7 because it's demonstrated to raise serum vitamin K levels significantly more so than the other popular menaquinone, MK-4, (33) as well as vitamin K1. (34)
Choline (550 mg) - AI for men ages 19+ is 550 mg (35)
- Choline is an essential nutrient with similarities to B-vitamins. Choline's needed to synthesize phospholipids for cell membranes, otherwise your cells would fall apart. It also plays a role in brain development, memory, and muscle control.
ESSENTIAL TRACE MINERALS IN FORMULA
Chromium (35 mcg) - AI for men ages 19-50 is 35 mcg (36)
- Chromium enhances the action of insulin, the hormone that determines how your body uses and stores sugar or glucose. It's also directly involved in carbohydrate, fat, and protein metabolism.
Copper (900 mcg) - RDA for men ages 19+ is 900 mcg (37)
- Copper is needed for brain development, gene expression, and immune function. It's also involved in building blood vessels and connective tissue.
Iodine (150 mcg) - RDA for men ages 19+ is 150 mcg (38)
- Iodine is needed to make the thyroid hormones thyroxine (T4) and triiodothyronine (T3). Thyroid hormones regulate many processes like protein synthesis, enzymatic activity, and metabolic activity.
Manganese (2.3 mg) - AI for men ages 19+ is 2.3 mg (39)
- Manganese is a cofactor for many enzymes that take part in the metabolism of glucose, cholesterol, and amino acids. It's involved in the immune response, reproduction, and making bones.
Molybdenum (45 mcg) - RDA for men ages 19+ is 45 mcg (40)
- Molybdenum is used in cofactors that process genetic material and different proteins. It's also involved in breaking down toxins and drugs that enter your body.
Selenium (55 mcg) - RDA for men ages 19+ is 55 mcg (41)
- Selenium makes up selenoproteins, which play critical roles in the body. They help with reproduction, DNA production, and thyroid hormone metabolism. Selenium also helps protect your body from infections and damage caused by free radicals.
Zinc (11 mg) - RDA for men ages 19+ is 11 mg (42)
- Zinc is needed by the immune system to defend against invaders as well as help wounds heal. It also plays a role in protein synthesis, DNA synthesis, cell division, taste, and smell.
OTHER MINERALS IN FORMULA
Aquamin F® (500 mg) - An algae containing 72 different minerals, with large amounts of calcium and magnesium. It's unlikely you consume many of the beneficial trace minerals found in this all-natural ingredient from your normal diet. Plus, your body uses calcium more effectively from Aquamin F®.
- Aquamin F® leads to better calcium metabolism than regular calcium carbonate (43)
Calcium (500 mg) - RDA for men ages 19-70 is 1,000 mg (44)
- Calcium serves several purposes. 99% of it is used to support the structure and function of your bones and teeth. The other 1% allows your body to send cellular signals, have muscular contractions, and secrete hormones.
- Why do we only have half the RDA for calcium? People can generally only absorb around 500 mg at once effectively. It also competes with magnesium, iron, and zinc for absorption, so a higher dosage would decrease the absorption of those other minerals.
Magnesium (210 mg) - RDA for men ages 31+ is 420 mg (45)
- Magnesium is a cofactor in over 300 different enzyme systems. It's needed to regulate blood pressure, blood glucose, protein synthesis, and DNA synthesis. It also allows your body to send nerve impulses, form new bone, have functioning muscles, and have a normal heart rhythm.
- Why do we only have half the RDA for magnesium? Magnesium has an Upper Limit of 350 mg in dietary supplements, which means including the 100% RDA would be exceeding that threshold and potentially be unsafe.
Potassium (99 mg) - AI for men ages 19+ is 3,400 mg (46)
- Potassium is needed for just about everything your body does. It maintains intracellular fluid volume and serves as an electrolyte. Your heart, kidneys, muscles, and nervous system all particularly require potassium for them to function properly.
- Why do we only have 99 mg when the AI is so much higher? The FDA frowns upon dietary supplement pills including more than 99 mg in a product because certain potassium drugs are limited to 99 mg.
- To resolve this issue, we have created The Pinnacle Potassium Powder. This powder makes it easier to get the large amounts of potassium you need daily.
