Great electrolyte addition. I am typically on lower end of potassium on my labs. Also being on a diuretic for high blood pressure, I'm voiding potassium out. So, I add 2 scoops of Pinnacle to my lemonade, tastes good and I easily replenish this important electrolyte. Take in mid afternoon for a quick pick me up and better sleep.
The price is right and it lasts 5-6 months for me. Others who take more, obviously duration is shorter.
