Don't Have The Metabolism That You Used To?

We understand. Whether you feel like you're stuck in a cycle of constantly adding a few pounds every year, or just can't get that weight off like how you want or used to... we know you need a little help.

But first, how does fat loss even work? To put it as simply as possible, to lose body weight, energy expenditure must exceed energy intake. So you need to burn more calories than you are consuming on a daily basis.

Which means right off the bat here, let's answer the question many of you are asking. Can you take this product alone and lose fat? Sure... but how much? Not nearly as much as you would if you also reduced your daily caloric intake of food and increased your physical activity to burn more calories. Yes this Thermogenic Supplement is designed with potent ingredients backed by scientific research to support healthy fat loss, but it should supplement a healthy diet and regular exercise routine.

Now what in the heck does “thermogenic supplement” even mean? Thermogenesis is the process of heat generation, in relation to metabolism. When your body burns calories, it generates more heat, so supplements that increase metabolic rate or energy expenditure are considered thermogenic.

Energy expenditure is determined by 3 parts:

1. Resting or basal metabolic rate (BMR) which is the minimum amount of energy that the body requires for essential organ and cellular function at rest

2. Dietary-induced thermogenesis

3. Energy expended as a result of physical activity

BMR accounts for about 65–75% of total energy expenditure. Females tend to have a lower BMR than males, and BMR decreases with age (many of you may be figuring this out). So if you suspect your BMR is not high enough, or you have a slower metabolism, then we need to make up for this by targeting thermogenesis.

FYI: We also have 2 other products that work synergistically with our Thermogenic Supplement -

The Pinnacle Protein Powder - protein has a much higher thermic effect of food than dietary fats and carbohydrates. This is a big reason why research has consistently shown that consuming higher amounts of protein is associated with greater fat loss. (1)

The Pinnacle Natural Caffeine - caffeine is another natural thermogenic agent that increases energy expenditure and supports weight management. (2) However it is a stimulant, which is why it was left out of this formula. Plus, taking it in addition to this product allows you the freedom to customize your dosage instead of having it arbitrarily set at a dosage that we choose.

Now for our Thermogenic... on top of increasing metabolic rate and energy expenditure like a lot of these ingredients do, many ingredients also increase fat oxidation. Fat oxidation is the process where the body breaks down fats (triglycerides) into smaller molecules, such as free fatty acids, which can then be used as a source of energy. So by increasing this process, your body actually uses more of the fat you are currently storing. Ready to see what these amazing ingredients are??

Say hello to The Pinnacle Thermogenic. Together, these meticulously selected ingredients create a powerful synergy to help you achieve your weight management goals. This product will be a valuable addition to your journey towards becoming a healthier and happier you.

Let's take a closer look at each ingredient and their specific mechanisms of action, all aimed at supporting you Reaching Your Pinnacle:

L-Carnitine (2,000 mg) - L-Carnitine is an amino acid naturally found in the body. It acts as a carrier, shuttling long-chain fatty acids into the mitochondria. Once inside the mitochondria, fatty acids undergo a process called beta-oxidation, where they are broken down and converted into usable energy. Since it facilitates this process, L-Carnitine helps the body utilize stored fat for energy, which in turn helps with fat loss and increasing energy expenditure. Many studies and meta analyses demonstrate its weight management effects at 2,000 mg. (3-6) And it's even been shown to help you lose more weight than exercise alone. (7) This is because during exercise, it can help enhance the utilization of fat as a fuel source.

White Kidney Bean Extract (1,500 mg) - The primary function of this plant is its ability to inhibit the enzyme alpha-amylase. Alpha-amylase is responsible for breaking down complex carbohydrates (starches) into simpler sugars, which can be absorbed and used as energy. By inhibiting alpha-amylase, white kidney bean extract helps reduce the absorption of carbohydrates in the digestive tract. As a result, fewer calories from carbohydrates are absorbed into the bloodstream, leading to decreased calorie intake. Our extract has 3,000 units/g of alpha-amylase inhibitory activity, just like the extracts that were shown to decrease plasma glucose and body fat in studies using up to a dosage of 1,500 mg. (8-9)

Ceylon Cinnamon (1,000 mg) - Cinnamon supports insulin sensitivity and helps regulate blood sugar levels. Stable blood sugar levels can reduce cravings for sugary and high-calorie foods, which supports weight management by controlling overall calorie intake. It can also delay gastric emptying, meaning it slows down the process by which the stomach empties its contents into the small intestine. This delay can promote a feeling of fullness and reduce appetite. It's positive effects on weight management have been demonstrated at up to 1,000 mg. (10-11) Plus we only use Ceylon Cinnamon, which is "true cinnamon", compared to the common table spice that people are familiar with Cassia Cinnamon. The issue with Cassia is that it is potentially toxic at high dosages, so using true Ceylon Cinnamon will ensure safety and efficacy.

Green Coffee Bean Extract [740 mg (370 mg Chlorogenic Acids)] - The main active component in green coffee beans is chlorogenic acid (CA). CA in green coffee beans can inhibit the absorption of dietary fat in the intestines. By interfering with the absorption of fats, fewer calories are absorbed into the bloodstream. This allows CA to help with fat utilization and metabolic rate, leading to increased energy expenditure even at rest. CA also has some appetite-suppressing properties, helping to reduce overall calorie intake and support weight mangement efforts. Because of all this, studies show that up to 370 mg of CA supports a reduction in body fat over time. (12-14)

Cayenne Pepper Fruit Extract [500 mg (10 mg Capsaicinoids)] - Capsaicin is the main bioactive and Capsaicinoid found inside Cayenne pepper. Capsaicin is arguably the best natural thermogenic agent, which means it increases energy expenditure and metabolic rate. Capsaicin activates receptors in the body known as TRPV1 receptors. Activation of these receptors is what leads to the body burning more calories and stored fat for energy. Consuming capsaicin can also help you have a feeling of fullness and reduced hunger, leading to lower calorie intake and supporting fat loss efforts. These effects have been demonstrated at up to 10 mg of Capsaicinoids in studies and meta analyses. (15-18)

Garcinia Cambogia Fruit Extract [500 mg (300 mg Hydroxycitric Acid)] - This plant contains an active compound called hydroxycitric acid (HCA). HCA in Garcinia Cambogia blocks the activity of an enzyme called citrate lyase, which plays a crucial role in converting excess carbohydrates into fats. By inhibiting this enzyme, HCA helps reduce the production of fatty acids and leads to a decrease in fat storage in the body. HCA has also been shown to enhance fat oxidation and using stored fat for energy, which helps contribute to overall fat loss. These effects have been demonstrated at up to 300 mg of HCA in studies and meta analyses. (19-22)

Forskolin (50 mg) - Forskolin stimulates the production of cAMP in cells. Elevated cAMP levels play a crucial role in several metabolic processes, including the breakdown of stored fats called lipolysis. This leads to the release of fatty acids from adipose tissue, making them available as a source of energy. cAMP also activates an enzyme called hormone-sensitive lipase (HSL), which is responsible for breaking down triglycerides and stored fats into free fatty acids and glycerol. The released fatty acids can then be utilized by the body for energy production, supporting fat loss. 50 mg of Forskolin has been shown to help with overall weight management. (23-24)

Green Tea Leaf  Extract  [200 mg (100 mg EGCG)] - EGCG is the main catechin and thermogenic bioactive in green tea. It not only enhances thermogenesis, but it can stimulate the activity of brown adipose fat tissue to further increase energy expenditure. The catechins in green tea, particularly EGCG, have also been found to promote fat oxidation and using stored fat as a fuel source. Plus it exhibits some appetite-suppressing properties to further support fat loss goals. These effects have been demonstrated at up to 100 mg of EGCG in studies and meta analyses. (25-28)

Fucoxanthin (3 mg) - Fucoxanthin is a natural compound found in algaes and seaweeds. It has been shown to increase thermogenesis in both white adipose tissue and brown adipose tissue. By activating thermogenesis in both types of adipose tissue, fucoxanthin can greatly increase calorie expenditure. Fucoxanthin has also been shown to upregulate the expression of uncoupling protein 1 (UCP-1). UCP-1 promotes the uncoupling of oxidative phosphorylation from ATP production, resulting in the dissipation of energy as heat. This process, known as non-shivering thermogenesis, contributes to further energy expenditure and fat loss. Studies have shown these benefits using up to 3 mg. (29-30)

Black Pepper Extract [20 mg (19 mg Piperine)] - Piperine is an alkaloid that enhances the absorption of nutrients and compounds by inhibiting glucuronide. Glucuronide normally causes compounds to be excreted instead of being absorbed. The addition of this ingredient ensures optimal bioavailability for maximum effectiveness of all of the other ingredients in our formula.
